Wellbeing Workshops

Wellbeing at work programs

At Breathe Australia, our Wellbeing Workshops support organisations to create safer, more sustainable workplaces — not by placing the burden on individuals, but by recognising the real pressures people face. Mental health challenges are widespread: in Australia, almost one in two adults will experience a mental health condition during their lifetime, and one in five are affected in any given year. Being a good employer means acknowledging that factors such as parenting responsibilities, caring for relatives, increased screen time, financial stress, and community pressures all influence how people show up at work. While role clarity, role design, and strong leadership are essential foundations for psychosocial safety, wellbeing and resilience programs give teams practical tools to cope with the realities of modern life.

Our programs are research-backed and neuroscience-informed. Andy Roberts teaches in the School of Medicine at James Cook University, where his published research into a health professionals’ self-care program showed a measurable increase in resilience and reductions in stigma around mental health. The modules in Breathe’s wellbeing program align with this evidence-based approach, bringing proven strategies into workplace settings. Investing in wellbeing isn’t just good practice — it delivers a strong return on investment through reduced absenteeism, improved engagement, and a healthier organisational culture.

Wellbeing at work training

We’ve created workshops that have a simple basis – “what is it, why are we doing it, and how do we do it?”.

Our reputation is that we provide practical leadership solutions making psychology, wellbeing and brain science accessible, understandable, and relatable at work. And we provide tools, techniques and frameworks which help people feel more energised, collaborative, focussed and creative.

The following are some examples of the workshops and webinars we’ve run over the last few years. Contact us today to book a workshop with your team.
