A one-day leadership program designed for leaders and emerging leaders who want to harness the collective wisdom of every generation to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Today’s workplaces span up to five active generations, each with distinct values, communication styles and expectations. Leaders who understand how to bridge these generational differences unlock collaboration, innovation and resilience — while those who don’t risk disengagement, knowledge loss and talent turnover.
This program is delivered by Andy Roberts, founder of Breathe Australia and former Director at KPMG, with experience managing teams in multiple locations and across diverse backgrounds and age ranges. Andy has led a UK-based team of five generations of wellbeing practitioners, and has designed leadership development workshops from Gen Z youth cohorts in local government to senior leaders in environmental organisations and higher education. Drawing on insights from books like Five Generations at Work about harnessing generational wisdom, Andy brings a unique, practical lens to the topic.
Participants in this workshop will:

Customised leadership means that rather than generational gaps being a barrier, they become a strategic advantage.
This one-day workshop is open to leaders and emerging leaders across all sectors and is ideal for organisations committed to building adaptive, multi-generational teams.
