Emotional Intelligence Assessment


Our online assessment takes about three minutes to complete. After completion, you will receive a tailored emotional intelligence at work development report with tips for developing your skills to improve collaboration, engage your team, drive performance, and support your wellbeing. You can share your results with colleagues and ask for their feedback if you wish. The results are a useful springboard to help you build your competencies at work, and they will support your workplace training goals and develop new competencies to address feedback you may have received.

Assessing your EI at work abilities

We’ve adapted an emotional intelligence survey Dan Goleman and others developed called the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). We will ask you to reflect on the following areas of emotional intelligence competencies.
