Andy Roberts - Positive Leadership Coach

Hi, I’m Andy!

After a career in corporate finance at KPMG, Andy began a new career in coaching and wellbeing in 2003. He has a masters degree in applied positive psychology and is a qualified strengths profile coach (Cappfinity) and emotional intelligence coach (MSCEIT model).


He owns a multi-disciplinary, thirty-practitioner wellbeing business in London and divides his time between his home in Sydney, business in the UK, leadership coaching around Australia and lecturing at the College of Medicine and Dentistry at James Cook University (JCU).


Andy was among the first group of masters degree students at the University of East London in 2008. The program, run by Dr Ilona Boniwell, was the first MAPP program outside the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he received training from world-leading experts Dr Alex Linley and Dr Susan David. In addition has been a qualified Life Coach (Newcastle College) for over 20 years and has been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for over 15 years.

Tara Harrold – Career and Workforce Development Consultant

Hi, I’m Tara!

In addition to working with Breathe, Tara runs Good Work Career Consulting, a niche consultancy founded on the principle of decent work and focusing on regional careers. She has expertise in graduate and entry level work, and a special interest in the environmental sector.

She spent the formative years of her career in the Australian Public Service human services sector where she first understood the impact that work has on purpose, wellbeing, and life, along with the complexities of working within legislation.

A year-long career break led Tara to undertake studies in career development, whilst also working in the
environmental sector. She was part of James Cook University’s Careers and Employability team for over a decade, where she deepened her knowledge of environmental and research careers, amongst many others. Tara continues to expand on her sector knowledge as a volunteer with Bush Heritage Australia by assisting the Seeding the Future program team.

In higher education, Tara developed applied knowledge of learning design and the benefits of in-person, online, and hybrid course delivery, having delivered many activity-based workshops successfully in all formats. She worked with courses including Science, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Education, Biomedical Science, Business and others to scaffold and tailor career development learning into curriculum to prepare students for work and managing their careers.

Tara holds a Graduate Diploma in Careers Education and Development with Distinction (RMIT) and is a
Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner (CICA) and accredited Strengths Profile coach
(Cappfinity).

Ged is an executive coach, graduating from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders; his further professional development has was with IMD Business School (Switzerland) and the Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School (UK).

Dr Delia McCabe - Stress Resiliency and Brain Nutrition Expert

Hi, I’m Delia!

After completing her master’s degree in psychology Delia immersed herself in the nutritional neuroscience and offers a focused, insightful, evidence-based approach into how specific foods can improve our mood,
concentration, memory and learning ability and help us manage stress and remain calm and happy in our busy, stressful world, regardless of age. Delia has collaborated on many of our Breathe wellbeing programs in Australia and the UK.

Delia received her PhD from Adelaide Medical School, and her present research focus is on the neurobiology of stress and nutrition. In addition to running wellbeing workshops, she is an author and keynote speaker.
