Mindfulness course Townsville – Self-care and compassion training
Our two mindfulness courses in Townsville are stand-alone learning sessions. However they are designed to complement each other.
In workshop one on the 23rdand 24thFebruary we introduce a framework for mindfulness, practice breathwork and meditation techniques and explore positive psychology tools to help develop self-compassion.
In our second workshop on the 23rdand 24thMarch we recap on our meditation and breathwork exercises and then explore compassion training using positive psychology tools
Both workshops will be held at the Live and Breathe Yoga studio in Townsville between 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
You do not need any previous experience of mindfulness and meditation.
How to book your course with us
Each weekend courses costs $250. If you wish to attend both courses the cost is $400 for both weekends (16 hours of training)
