Strengths accelarator assesment
This assessment has two parts. It helps you identify your top strengths. You can share your results with friends and colleagues. Do they agree with your results?
Stage one
In the first part, we describe 24 strengths and ask you to reflect on whether each description applies to you. The 24 strengths are based on the VIA (Values in Action) survey.
As you take the assessment, reflect on what your colleagues, friends and family would say are your top strengths. Once complete, share your results with yourself and colleagues to start a conversation about strengths and how to use them.
Stage two
Once you’ve identified your top strengths, stage two helps you reflect on two moments in time and how you used, or could use, those strengths to build success and navigate challenges.
